AMA (AskMeAnything) is a live e-learning platform that connects you with industry professionals through small-group, ask-anything sessions. Mentors are practitioners — they teach from experience, not from a slide deck — and every session ends with open Q&A.
Courses are recorded, webinars are one-to-many, and both make you wait until the end to ask anything. AMA sessions are live, capped at a small group, and built around your questions — you can submit up to 5 questions before the session and ask follow-ups during.
No. You can browse sessions and mentors anonymously. You only need to log in to register for a session, leave feedback, or become a mentor.
Tap Login in the top-right and enter your 10-digit mobile number. We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to verify it. After verification, complete a short profile so mentors know a little about who's in their session.
Open the session page and tap Register. For paid sessions you'll be sent through Razorpay to complete payment; for free sessions you're registered immediately. Either way, you'll see the session in your account and get a video-call link as the start time approaches.
Both. Each session is priced by its mentor. Free sessions are marked clearly; paid sessions show the price in INR (₹) on the session card.
You can leave a session by removing it from your registered sessions page. Note that paid sessions are non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions. If a mentor or AMA cancels a session, you'll get a full refund or credit at our discretion.
Live sessions are not recorded by default — that's part of why mentors are willing to be candid. If you can't attend, cancel ahead of time so the spot can free up. No-shows are tracked and repeated no-shows can lead to account restrictions.
The video-call link appears on the session page as the start time approaches. We recommend joining a few minutes early to test your audio and video.
We use Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, netbanking, and popular wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
All payments are final and non-refundable. The only exception is when a mentor or AMA cancels a session — in that case you receive a full refund or a credit toward a future session at our discretion.
Apply via the Become a Mentor page. We review applications based on your background, the topics you want to teach, and what learners on AMA are asking for. We usually respond within 2–3 business days.
Yes. Mentors set the price for their paid sessions and keep the majority share. Free sessions earn no per-session fee but are a great way to build your audience and credibility on the platform.
Yes. Each registered attendee can submit up to 5 questions. As the mentor you see all of them, grouped by attendee, so you can plan the session around what your audience actually wants to learn.
Your first name and last initial are visible to attendees and mentors of sessions you join. Mentors see slightly more detail for people who've registered for their session (initials, plus any questions you submitted). We don't sell your personal information.
No. Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing session content without explicit permission from the mentor is not allowed and can lead to account suspension. See the Terms & Conditions for the full conduct policy.
